Advertising (SEM)
Must have created and managed PPC accounts for a minimum of 5 clients. Will need to provide a summary of each project incluidng budgets, CPA, ROI, CTR, methods of measuring and performance over time. Ideally you will have become an AdWords Qualified Individual and have the skills to upload product databases to the Shopping Comparison sites.

Copy Writing
Ability to write for different industries and understand the role of keywords for SEO. Traditional, casual, humorous styles all required. Excellent spelling, grammar & proof reading skills.

Graphics & Illustration
To create images, fonts & graphics for web & print design, logos, corporate identity. Classical, contemporary & retro styles all needed; cartoon & animation skills also of interest.

Marketing
Qualified marketers who can write marketing briefs, meet clients, detail briefs and manage projects and completion feedback. Attention to detail is so important.

Photography
Experienced photographers needed for packshots. Must have Photoshop & Photoshop Lightroom skills for cut-outs, image settings for web & print and file management.

Public Relations
Classical or Guerrila campaigns, Creativity & excellent project management skills

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Must be knowledgeable of every aspect of current SEO thinking, have an understanding of coding and be meticulous.

Social Networking
You will need to be living your life through the Social Media sites and understand the relevance of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube & MySpace to business. Experience in creating brand engagement campaigns essential.

Web Design
You need to have flexible skills to create different visual styles and understand Accessibility.

Web Development
To provide a complete technical service for all types of websites, social media accounts, newsletters. domain & email management.
